The Holistic Progress Card (HPC) aims to assess students beyond marks and exams. It focuses on competency-based assessment aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. HPC provides a comprehensive view of student development including academic growth, social skills, creativity and participation.

Holistic Progress Card (HPC) అంటే ఏమిటి?
జాతీయ విద్యా విధానం (National Education Policy - NEP) 2020 భారతదేశ విద్యారంగంలో ఒక కొత్త శకాన్ని ప్రారంభించింది. ఇది పాత పద్ధతి అయిన Knowledge Acquisition Model నుండి Competency Based Education and Assessment కు మారుతోంది. ఈ లక్ష్యాన్ని చేరుకోవడానికి PARAKH ఆధ్వర్యంలో Holistic Progress Card (HPC) అనే విధానాన్ని తీసుకువచ్చారు. ఇది విద్యార్థుల ప్రతిభను కేవలం పరీక్షల ద్వారా కాకుండా 360-degree Holistic Assessment ద్వారా సమగ్రంగా అంచనా వేస్తుంది.
4 Stages of HPC
- Foundational Stage (3–8 years, Bal Vatika to Grade 2)
- Preparatory Stage (Grade 3 to 5)
- Middle Stage (Grade 6 to 8)
- Secondary Stage (Grade 9 to 12)
Key Assessment Parameters
- Awareness: విద్యార్థి పరిసరాల పట్ల అవగాహన మరియు సూచనలను అర్థం చేసుకోవడం.
- Sensitivity: ఇతరుల భావాలను అర్థం చేసుకొని సానుభూతితో వ్యవహరించడం.
- Creativity: వినూత్నమైన ఆలోచనలు మరియు సమస్యలకు కొత్త పరిష్కారాలు చూపడం.
Levels of Performance
- Stream Level: ఉపాధ్యాయుల సహాయంతో చిన్న పనులను పూర్తి చేస్తారు.
- Mountain Level: స్వతంత్రంగా పనులు పూర్తి చేసి ఇతరులకు సహాయం చేస్తారు.
- Sky Level: క్లిష్టమైన సమస్యలను స్వయంగా పరిష్కరిస్తారు.
